Algunos se disuelven en cuanto entran en contacto con el agua; otros se enturbian, se aglomeran o ni siquiera se disuelven. La raz\u00f3n radica en la qu\u00edmica de la secuencia, y elegir el disolvente adecuado en funci\u00f3n de esa qu\u00edmica es una decisi\u00f3n de laboratorio habitual, pero importante.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 factores influyen en la solubilidad?<\/h2>\n<p>Un p\u00e9ptido contiene una mezcla de residuos de amino\u00e1cidos cargados, polares y no polares. Las secuencias ricas en residuos cargados y polares suelen ser f\u00e1cilmente solubles en agua. Los proveedores realizan pruebas con sus compuestos, y el disolvente recomendado que aparece en la ficha t\u00e9cnica refleja lo que realmente funciona para ese lote.<\/p>\n<h2>Concentraci\u00f3n y claridad<\/h2>\n<p>Intentar introducir una cantidad excesiva de p\u00e9ptido en un volumen insuficiente de disolvente es una causa frecuente de turbidez.
