Cela s\u2019explique par la composition chimique de la s\u00e9quence, et le choix d\u2019un solvant adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 cette composition est une d\u00e9cision de routine, mais importante, \u00e0 prendre en laboratoire.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les facteurs qui influencent la solubilit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Un peptide contient un m\u00e9lange de r\u00e9sidus d'acides amin\u00e9s charg\u00e9s, polaires et non polaires. Les s\u00e9quences riches en r\u00e9sidus charg\u00e9s et polaires ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre facilement solubles dans l'eau. Les s\u00e9quences comportant de longues cha\u00eenes de r\u00e9sidus hydrophobes sont peu solubles dans l'eau et peuvent n\u00e9cessiter une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire.
